Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This helps us manage our schedule and give us a chance to offer the slot to someone else. If you arrive late for your appointment the time we have set aside for you will be shortened. We need to respect the schedules of other clients who have appointments after you so we cant extend your time beyond what was originally booked.
